This division offers physical security services and advanced electronic systems. This is an exciting and an obvious business venture that we believe has a lot of opportunity to introduce professionalism and consolidation in numerous areas. We have identified a small security services operator established for nine years in the field that requires an injection of our professionalism and cash to expand into alarms, electronic monitoring and cleaning. The synergies within our organisation have resulted in security for all leased property being taken up by our security division.
This division is to be expanded into cleaning and gardening services. We intend to take up the labour intensive monitoring and cleaning services from our customers in totality.
